The Firefighter's Memorial Monument is located in the City Cemetary.  It was dedicated on August 29, 1861.  The monument is made of white marble and stands 20 feet 1 inch high.  The cost was $1000.00.  

  Best access is off of Cornell Ave, which runs between University Ave and Stewart Ave.  Just below 100 Cornell Ave. (Llenroc) there is a walkable entrance to the cemetary; the monument is just ahead and on the right.
